Clamp the original key in the easy entrie measuring unit and start the measuring program.

Speed profile measuring...

The easy entrie measuring unit scans both sides of the original key precisely. Fully automatic the easy entrie calculates the profile of the cylinder into which the key fits.

Now clamp in the Rohlex...

The Rohlex is a key blank without any profile. That's why one Rohlex will produce many different key profiles.

Cutting...

Fully automatic the speed profile will cut into the Rohlex on both sides with a milling tool. Now you can take the Rohlex and cut it in any traditional key machine...
